♥ First and foremost, the bride and groom has to apply for a marriage license. There, you will require your ID which has your correct age and your Social Security number. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is necessary to get married in the city (or anywhere else in the country).
♥ Once you have your marriage license, research on wedding chapels in Las Vegas. You will literally find hundreds of listings in your search. So the best thing to do is to find a chapel near the hotel you'll be staying in. This way, you won't be traveling a great deal when you reach there.
You'll find wedding chapels that are open 24 hours a day, so that can be of some use.

♥ Call the chapel you selected ahead of time to schedule the day and time of your wedding, or you could just get there and get married at spur-of-the-moment. Either way, Las Vegas is known for couples being impromptu with their decisions.
♥ If you are calling ahead of time, the bride and groom can pack attire for the wedding accordingly. Also, close family and friends could be notified so they can be present at the ceremony. However, this decision lies entirely up to the couple.
After the wedding ceremony takes places, enjoy your time in Vegas and get the honeymoon suite back at the hotel. Be safe, don't drink and drive, and catch the shows around town.
