It is common understanding that spring is the time of renewal and rebirth. It is the time when the winter fades away, taking with it all the dried and dead leaves, and greenery sprouts up on every branch with flowers and fresh leaves.
The emotion of rejuvenation takes root with love in the air and preparations for new beginnings. This is the season for new beginnings. This is the reason why many people decide to have spring weddings. It is the best season to get married as there are many flowers to choose from and discounts for shopping and travel.

Ideas to Consider

Right from the invitations to the menu, the clothing, and many other responsibilities, there's a lot of work to be done while organizing a wedding. Once you've decided the date, all you need to do is make the arrangements for the big day.

Colors

You need to decide a color scheme before you start the arrangements. Since spring is known as the season of flowers, you will have a number of colors to choose from.
Red, yellow, orange, violet, purple, pink, and white are some great options. There are abundant flowers of these colors in this season you will not fall short of them. You can combine any of these to make the color scheme.

Invitations

Once you've decided the date and time of the ceremony and booked the venue, choose invitations and get them printed.
Get your invitations with your color scheme in mind. Have all the information and phrases written in elegant Victorian text, as it gives the invitations a formal and beautiful look. Don't add extra information as that will spoil the simplicity of the wording. Decorate the invitations with ribbons or bows to make them attractive and artistic.

Outdoor Venue

Try to have an outdoor wedding, since this is the best time to enjoy nature's beauty. You can opt for a garden, lawn, lake-side, mountain, or beach as the venue.
Outdoor locations give enough space for the guests to move around, and they provide a large space for the dance floor as well as the food tables. You could have an early evening wedding which fades into dinner and dance by the night. Having an afternoon ceremony is not a great choice for an outdoor venue, as it may get hot and uncomfortable for your guests.

Dresses and Flowers

Make sure the dresses are coordinated with the color scheme. The maid of honor and the bridesmaids' dresses should be different, as they look good with variety. Keep them simple and attractive. Go for a satin wedding gown with a big train.
The best flowers in this season are calla lilies, tiger lilies, roses, carnations, Gerber daisies, orchids, etc. You can use them for the bouquets, centerpieces, and the other decorations. Since it is spring, these flowers will be cheaper and you will be able to get discounts too.

Menu

You can have chicken for the appetizers and fish for the main course. Salmon is the most preferred for weddings, but you can opt for many other choices too. Shrimp and lobster can also be considered, though they get quite messy while eating.
Soup and chocolate cake is also a must for the meal. Fruits like strawberries, oranges, apricots, etc. can be accompanied with the salads. Drinks include wine and champagne, and you could have cocktails for the light drinkers as well.
To end the evening you can have favors or thank you cards for your guests. A spring wedding will surely make it the best day of your life.
