Red Velvet

The name itself will moisten the taste buds of your guests. It is also known as a Devil's food cake that has red food coloring added to it. It is moist and sweet and is layered with chocolate and vanilla. Buttermilk, butter, flour,cocoa, and red food coloring is also used to prepare it. Apart from cream and cheese frosting, butter roux or butter-cream frosting can also be used.

German Chocolate

Coconut-pecan frosting is used for filling and topping. The chocolate which is used, is a form of sweet baking chocolate. Egg yolks and evaporated milk are the basic ingredients which are used to make this filling. The sides are decorated with a chocolate frosting
